If a client requests shotgun chaps or leggings, orders are only accepted in person due to the measurement precision required.

How Your Piece Is Made

Your chaps begin as full hides that I hand-select for strength, flexibility, and beauty. Every panel is cut by hand, matched for grain and tone, and shaped to your exact measurements. I deepen the structure with purposeful conditioning, cut each fringe strand individually, and build layer by layer until your chaps start to come alive. Tooling is done slowly and intentionally, letting the design develop its own texture and personality. From the first cut to the final oiling, your chaps are created with focus, patience, and absolute respect for the craft.

Turnaround Time

Production begins once the invoice is paid. Turnaround will vary based on current workload, and I’ll share an accurate timeframe at the time of purchase.
