After placing your order, please send an email to jillbeanleather@gmail.com with your Order Number in the subject line. In your message, feel free to describe any additional customization requests, design ideas, reference photos, preferred colors, or specific details you'd like me to include.

The more information you share, the better I can capture your vision. I’m always happy to collaborate, answer questions, and help refine your ideas into a piece that feels truly personal.

Please note: You will need to provide your actual mortar board, and have it shipped to me; the leather is glued and stitched directly to it.

Information I’ll Need From You

Please share:
• Your leather color preference
• Any tooling, art, quotes, themes, or designs you want included
• Your stitching color (any color is available)
• Any reference photos or personal elements you'd like incorporated

Email everything — along with your order number — to jillbeanleather@gmail.com after checkout.

Turnaround Time

Your payment secures your spot in my production queue. Crafting will begin as soon as I reach your order in the lineup. I will follow up shortly after your order is placed with an estimated timeframe so you know when to expect your item.

If you need your piece sooner than my current schedule allows, I do offer a rush fee option for an additional $150, which moves your order ahead in the queue.
