How Your Piece Is Made

I begin by selecting sturdy, high-quality leather suited for durability and retention. After cutting and preparing the panels by hand, the sheath is molded around your blade for a secure, exact fit. The tooling is completed slowly and intentionally, then the piece is deeply conditioned to strengthen and nourish the leather. Edges are shaped, sanded, and sealed by hand before the final stitch brings everything together. The result is a sheath built to serve faithfully and age beautifully.

Turnaround Time

Your payment secures your spot in my production lineup. Crafting will begin as soon as I reach your order. I will contact you shortly after purchase with an estimated timeframe so you know when to expect your finished sheath.

If you need it sooner, a $150 rush fee is available to move your order ahead in the queue.
